Can't Open Trunk on X6

Hi, I have an issue hoping someone can give me advise.

I disconnected the battery on my BMW X6 while I was having some work done on it. Long story short, someone accidentally closed the trunk, and to make matters worse the floor lid was left open (up).

Now I can't connect the battery because I can't gain access to it nor can I open the trunk.

Any suggestions to help me open the trunk would be helpful.

Got it open using a hook and a friend to connect the battery
