Just bought a X5 30D

As headliner said, I just bought a X5 30D, 2012 with few km on clock.
Coming from a X3 F25 2,0D manual (company car), we were originally looking at a 530D GT but my wife is not that tall and after trying one we realized that she had more than difficult overlooking the GT. Dealer had a few X5 with low km and after trying one we decided to give this a go.
It is a Black metallic 30D (245HP) 2012 with M Sport pack, 19" staggered wheels, Adaptive Drive, Active steering, Comfort Seats, Black leather, Panorama roof, Navi Prof, Comfort access.
It also have something called (in German): Hochgeschwindigkeitsabstimmung which acc to Google translate is "High Speed Tuning" - anyone who can specify what this is?

Unfortunately it is missing one item - rear view camera, and this is my question to the forum:
Will it be possible retrofitting a rear view camera?
The hard ware it self can not be that expensive, I am just wondering how big of a hassle getting it connected? On the tail gate there is already a hole for this, just covered by a small rubber plate.

Secondly to the engine.
245HP to 2,2 ton is not overwhelming much even though it is relative quick.
I have a friend with a F25 X3 2,0D who have been driving with a RaceChip unit for almost a year (+25000km) without any problems at all other than significant more power and as he quote " a more reacting engine".
Anyone with experience in optimizing the 30D 245HP engine?

Thanks
Jens

regards,

Thanks Drulek,
Highly appreciated - looks like this operation can be done within 4 to 5 hours work plus the hard ware. Something to consider.
