Hi
Every couple of days i have to keep resetting
the time. Anyone else had the same prob?

might be a bad battery...my e60 was 2 yrs old, had that warning happen frequently over a 2 month span..then I finally had a high battery discharge warning...took my car in for service...took a few days to diagnose, but they finally changed the battery...no issue..

what the main concern should be s what's causing your battery to drain if it is that..could be a module not shutting down and not allowing your BMW to fully go into sleep mode....

having to reset the clock continuously is a sign of a battery/power problem.

De Rigeur of power issues:
Do an advance search for info & make sure service tech. check the factory installed battery (part number) being correct b 4 doing anything else. See Car & Driver longterm test on their x6 5.0i
Good luck.
It may have come fr. the factory but .....
service will say u r not driving it enuf if it's not ur daily driver.
