might be a bad battery...my e60 was 2 yrs old, had that warning happen frequently over a 2 month span..then I finally had a high battery discharge warning...took my car in for service...took a few days to diagnose, but they finally changed the battery...no issue..
what the main concern should be s what's causing your battery to drain if it is that..could be a module not shutting down and not allowing your BMW to fully go into sleep mode....
