Roundel Replacement on Hood

Was wondering if anybody has removed the roundel on their front hood and if so how you did that and how the new one goes on? I have the overlays on the rest of the car but they peel off too often on the front so I bought a replacement.

Just pull up with preasure from each side, there are two pins with rubber, just be careful with the paint, the new ones will fit in the oposite way

Is there two sided tape or glue behind them?

The OEM ones don't have any glue behind them.
