How easy is it to swap interior trim pieces and how to go about doing it...

I've sen a nearly new X6 that i an very keen on - it's pretty much fully loaded and what i am after apart from it has oyster coloured leather (would have preferred black but can live with it) and wooden trim inserts which i would want to change.


Can all of these trim pieces in the car be changed and if so how easy is it do?
