Upgraded Chargepipe for E70

My 2013 X5. 3.5i is leaking oil from where the chargepipe connects to the throttle body. I can of course visit the dealer and get this addressed but does anybody make a upgraded metal one for the E70's like is available on the N55 E90?

I also have what feels like a boost leak causing the car the shudder under heavy acceleration.

that's probably where the boost leak is coming from. I had that with my e90 335xi , replaced it with an ER C-pipe and it went away. I would like to know if there's one for the e70 also.

I thought there is an F series intake that is compatible with the e70? Perhaps something there can replace it from the F series aftermarket?

I haven't messed with my N55 too much yet, so I don't know the similarities on it. But is there oil all in the charge pipe? I had a similar situation with my N54, where I had tons of white smoke coming out of my exhaust at a stop. Of course, everyone diagnosed it as blown turbos. Turns out the plastic oil/air separator that goes from the top of the engine to the charge pipe wasn't working and it was leaking oil all into my charge pipe which was getting shot into my engine. It became worse over time. I replaced it with an oil catch can, and the problem was solved. No more oil in the charge pipe, and no more white smoke out the exhaust.

I had same problem on my N54. There is a O-ring that you want to check and make sure is there. My guess is they did some work on your car and forgot to put it back. Happened to me at the dealership, the boost leak made a mess of my engine right by the throttle body.
