Taking Delivery Next Week X6m!

Hello all, first time posting and it kinda makes me nervous

Receiving my X6M next week. My options were:
White exterior, orange interior, all the other options except the rear entertainment.

Any other x6m's in Boston?

Congrats on the car. Just curious when did you order your X6M? How long was your production time? There seems to be a wide range of production times on X6 models overall.
I'm waiting on mine but will be black on black with all options except for rear entertainment. I really cant believe that BMW would design something so poor as that tv that sits over the center console. You cant even store it out of the way if you dont want it. Very annoying so I didnt order it either.
Post pics, we would like to see how the colores look together. Also are you considering any mods at this time? It usually starts with just one little thing and snowballs from there!!! Have fun with that beast!

hey, i ordered mine in the end of november and started production in beginning of december. It's coming next Tuesday, I think, so approx. 5 weeks lead time.
Yea, I didn't like the rear entertainment either. I childishly thought that the extra weight would affect my 0-60 lol
I'm thinking of the dinan chip for now...yes, the snowballing effect could get me bankrupt haha
black on black sounds dope...my CLK is black on black, the only problem is...it does look old after a bit (coz of all the scratches and stuff that's so visible under the sun)

Yea I'm hoping the carbon black will give it a different look than my black sapphire 335 since we get so much damn sun here in Texas. Also, here white with orange means you are a UT Longhorn fan so you have to be careful where you park it in different cities!

I agree about the rear entertainment. I had it on my X5 and it was a pain. The kids used it about a dozen times. The rest of the time it interfered with getting at the centre console. I have come to the conclusion that all the kids need are iPads and headsets. It is less expensive to buy 2 iPads than the rear entertainment system and they can take them anywhere. Now If BMW would just hurry up with a nice iPad dock for the X6 and X5.
