Need help with CLEAR rattle noise

Ive been having rattle noise coming behind the radio knob for months now ever since couple of months ago... It sounds like a nail hitting a metal sheet. I took it to BMW and everytime they told me what they did was put some felt tape on some wires and that dampened the sound. However, after I drive off the BMW dealership like a day later, the sound comes back and can be heard VERY clearly. I took it to BMW about this issue for 4 times, last visit taking a week at the dealership. NONE of these visits clearly fixed my issue. What should I do? Should I be trying different dealership? Is that possible? If I buy BMW in 1 dealership, would the other Dealership help me because it is BMW car? And would that be free?

P.S Does anyone know how to access BEHIND the radio knob? I know you can pull out the vents and after that you gatta do something, but does anyknow how to access it? If so, could you tell me how?

P.P.S If this super rattle noise does not get resolved, what should my course of action be? I MEAN THIS IS BRAND NEW CAR WTF!!!

Do you hear the noise if the A/C and fans are off?

yea they are still there. I believe this noise issue has something to do with plastic rattle coming from behind the radio unit. How do I access that area...

Since this issue does not seem to get resolved by my dealership and they have no clue on how to fix it, should I be contacting BMW NA? This kind of noise issue coming from 65K car DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!

Which dealership in Toronto?
You can take your car to any BMW dealer and they will service it for free as long as it's on warranty.
