2010 x6 35i problems please help

Hi guys,
I have a 2010 x6 35i and recently I notice there
is a gas/fuel smell coming out from vent after maybe a couple minute
starting up the car and sometimes it come back after awhile of driving.
Anyone know what is wrong with the car? anyone have this happen
before and if you have fixed it can you guide me please?

Also, when I leave the car on parked and listen to music
in the car after the engine have shut off, the car always pop up
the message batter discharge or low battery etc. ( I know this have happen to lots of x6 owner), anyone know is there a long term way to fix this problem?

I appreciate it if anyone can give me a hand on this.

Thank you
