Exclamation X5 Starting Problem

Video of wife's 2007 X5 3.0si starting problem. Any idea what might be the problem? Coils? Plugs? Fuel pump? Plugs were changed last year

This happens randomly, mostly when the engine was not started for more than 24 hours. The engine turns on but turns off immediately so I assume it is not battery or ignition problem. The engine stays on only when I step on the gas pedal (and keep on stepping) while starting the car.

I would start checking with coil packs and plugs.

Problem was already corrected, yay! Active Motorwerks in Austin changed the valve cover, no more hard cold start since! They detailed the engine bay too for free! Picture attached for attention!
