Car fax sucks

I had to take me 2009 x5 to the dealer for Alinement and the told me that the rear subframe is bent it was in a accident i only has it for 7 months. This suck the other bmw dealer that alined it for around 6 months ago didn't tell me anything now i'm stuck with this. What would you guys do? Help

You might not have to stuck with it. It depends on what was said during the purchase process. It is quite much for me to explain here. So if you want to pursue the issue, you need to contact a lawyer specialized in auto fraud, if you have a case then it will be on contingency basis ( dealer will pay for your legal fees) if you win.

One of the main reasons I won't buy used. I realize for some people, this is their only choice or they refuse to pay for the depreciation on a new vehicle.

There is a high end body shop in O.C. where I saw what can be done to fix a car. I totaled a car a few years ago & had my vehicle taken there to be checked. I saw Lambo's Porsche, Ferrari's & multiple Audi R8's stripped to their shells (gutted, no interior, engine, wires or anything) as they were repairing these cars. I walked away thinking I would hate to be a buyer of one of these vehicles not knowing about it being wrecked.

Maybe you have already considered going to CarFax & expressing your concern. Not sure they will help but its worth a try especially if you relied on their report to make a purchasing decision.
