best way to get out of x5 lease?

I'm looking to get out of my 2012 X5 50i's lease... does anyone have any experience with the lease trading companies out there? like swapalease.com or leasetrader.com?? if so, which ones the best and what is the process like?.. ive got almost 2 years left on the lease and 16000 miles left... its fully loaded, M sport

Swapalease isn't that bad, they seemed to have more vehicles than LeaseTrader. Might want to try your luck at Craiglist first, though most of the inquiries I got through there were a waste of time.
