Voice response is faint

Is there a way to turn up the volume on the voice response woman? I've checked all around the idrive menus and I can't find anything.

In my '11 x5, she was in yo face, but in my '12 x6, I can barely hear her. If I'm asking for something, I can turn up the volume to hear the prompts better, but when she breaks in to the radio to give nav directions I miss them because they're so faint. The telephone ring is also really faint.

I've been able to turn up the in call volume on the phone so I don't have to turn up phone calls all the time, but like I said, I can't find any thing to turn up 'the woman'.

Any ideas?

Just hit volume bottons on your steeting wheel to adjust it higher/lower while she's talking
