nice!
thanks for the photos - you did a good job capturing some of your car's nicest lines.
i also like the "pay here" sign right above the car in one of the photos. reminds me of my frequent trips to the gas station! just a general photo tip - i'm not sure what setting you're using for ISO, but if you limit the sensor sensitivity it can cut down on "noise" (that's the micro-grainy color spotty texture, easiest to see in large dark patches like the night sky). If your camera is set to "Auto ISO," it may kick up to ISO 3200 in the dark to minimize blurring due to "hand-held" camera shake, but the higher the ISO the more grainy noise you get. On the positive side, your IS lens may compensate to some degree and let you shoot at lower shutter speeds. For reference, I like to stick with iso 100-200, or maybe 400 tops. Setting the sensitivity lower means lower shutter speeds for a given f-stop (OK for photographing stationary objects), but if you have a tripod and a lens with a reasonable aperture range this shouldn't be much of a creative problem. thanks again for the photos - when i look at your pics i can tell your appreciation of the car's style is similar to mine. enjoy your ride! . It does have a high ISO, but it's probably 1600 or so Also looks like different aperture settings Most likely OP shot in full blown auto mode, not M or Av Some shots look like F8, some even 11+ Best recommendation i could personally add to this, - use tripod if possible, try HDR when possible OP, Beautiful car! I really dig this aero kit for 50i Makes X6 look very aggressive and sporty |

Nice shots. One suggestion is to avoid direct lighting on the car. It will result in reflections off the body surface making it harder to see the contour and lines of the car body. Also can be quite distracting as well. Mine is black Which is even harder to avoid reflections.

Loolz. I don't know why, i'm still waiting for BMW to issue one for the X6. I didn't like the aftermarket lighting colors does it comes with the 2012 ? Quote:

Yeah, I would remove the side BMW emblems, just stick out too much.

wow that car is very nice looking, i have to say i'm a bit jealous!!!! For the Angel Eyes our LUX H8 V3 angel eyes will be the best option you have for changing the color. our angel eyes are a 6500k pure white color and are plug and play. Here is a quick pic of another X6 with them installed:
