Car wash annoyance
Anyone as frustrated as me when wand washing your M,,,The hot soap activates the door locks and the car locks and mirrors fold (Mine Coded) then the cold rinse does the same...M behaves as if its possesed....beeping, locking, lights blinking as locking and unlocking and mirrors folding in and out LOL.
I take my key fob around corner and leave it to stop the madness...but is there not any other way?? |

Haha I have had the same issue when I first got my X6M.
You can leave the key inside the car (it will prevent locks from activating) or far enough away as you already do. Since there is no way to deactivate Comfort Access via iDrive, this is the only solution. |

Yes, the car won't lock itself with the keys inside.
I've tried my best once, unaware that the keys were inside and it just wouldn't do it. I actually got all four doors locked and then the hatch wouldn't shut. When I wash my car at home, I have to leave my keys in the garage otherwise the poltergeists come out. |
