BMW Convert

I have been on the hunt for a used X5M for about a year. We finally took delivery of one about two months ago. Yes - I am both picky and patient. There were a couple that I almost pulled the trigger on, but weren't quite right. I couldn't pass up a 2012 with ONLY 1900 miles, literally in perfect condition. Only imperfection was some idiot hit the top quarter panel with a high speed buffer and left polishing swirls down the drivers side, which is getting fixed next week. It's my wife's DD, and she absolutely loves it. As a matter of fact, the kids will come and ask me to take them for a ride at least 2x over the weekend, PRICELESS!

I've been trolling around this forum for quite some time, and I want to thank everyone for their tremendous insight and knowledge. I look forward to becoming a contributing member of this society in the very near future. I will post some pics as soon as I get the beast cleaned. (Xbimmer etiquette so I've learned

I've also reached out to Lance@Velos, and have some goodies coming my way. Tune first, then we'll see about some others. I'm afraid the bug has bitten..

Fair enough.. Initial impressions go a long way. While I do like my girl a little dirty, I prefer my cars to be looking the part, especially with this crowd.
