x5 stereo removal (2001 model)

hi there , what a great site , looked around and found a few useful bits already . trouble is i cant find anything on my problem , how do i remove the in dash stereo unit , its the 1 with widescreen sat nav / tv etc .. mine has unfortunately broke , and ive now got a new 1 but cant figure out how to remove the old 1 without damaging the surround , i know this may sound a stupid question but i just dont want to go at it and damage it .

Man,go to BMW service or to storE where you bought new one...they will know where and how to install it..
DO NOT do that by yourself!
