I'm a bit late to the party, but the electric coil stove of where I used to live was a nightmare to use since I've been cooking with gas most of the time, which caused me to eat very simply for the past few months.

So, here's what I attempted for the first time in 5 years, especially since my 's mom is visiting but brought the cold with her... I know I seasoned it too soon by accident (and clearing the floating fat was a pain in the ass), but the chicken soup still came out awesome in the end.
