OEM 214 wheels Non Staggered Setup?

I have the Style 214 wheels and I'm thinking about buying another set. Would I be able to make these 2 sets into 2 non-staggered set for better tire wear, providing the option to rotate? 20x9.5 w/270 tires 20x10.5 w/315 tires
