2012 E70 - Trunk door slam

Is it normal for the trunk door to slam really hard when it comes down ? I mean after you press the close button.

When mine doesn't want to work when I press on the button, I just slam it hard myself out of frustration.

Mine shuts with a solid slam. Sounds like somethings going to break someday!

mine doesn't slam. I suppose "slam" is pretty subjective.

This.

The real question is, has this been happening before, or all of a sudden? It's gonna "slam," shut, how much would depend based on your perception of normal.

let's say, your "business associate" ratted you out to the "authorities" and you're not too pleased, and you "slam" said associate's neck with the trunk of a '85 Olds...if that's a "slam", how hard is the X5's "slam" relative to said Old's trunk?
