Thoughts on this 2011 options?

Looking at a 2011 35D with 69K miles, its listed at $25,600. Hows that deal? What options are missing besides HUD (I don't find that a requirement) Last 7 on vin L371483

Nicely optioned...missing a few packages/options, but none of them will have everything.

Missing:
HUD
Side view cameras
3rd row seats
BMW apps
Adaptive Drive
Leather dashboard
Maybe something else?

I don't think Active Steering or Active Cruise were available on the diesel?

Seems like a decent deal? Price negotiable?

It's a dealer that has it on the lot for 24 days so I figure the price could be negotiable. I could do without HUD, 3rd row, leather dashboard, side view cameras.

One Carfax owner, well maintenance, and new tires. Didn't seem like too bad of a deal.
