Not sure how I feel about these yet. I really started to fall for the cleanliness of the stockers.

Are you kidding me?
Those look AWESOME!

This is the wheel and ride height that BMW SHOULD have put on X5Ms from the factory.
They have a clean, yet aggressive OEM feel

Needs the spacers bad. They're the difference in looking like they were made for it vs. something that was put on after.

Got some black suction cups for the v1 (they were originally for a cobra and cut down a little to fit) and remounted it.

I ran it with the blend mount also and really just didn't like it. I love how flush it sits now and up and out of the way. Also, when in Virginia (illegal) I can angle the visor down at night so only I can see the lights. If the police are behind me they can't see the radar detector through the window.

Ran it this weekend through Virginia and I had no problem picking up the boys.

I really need to do that with my V1.
No dangling cord either. Very nice!

Took 10 minute. I used the hardwire kit from them, sliced it in to the overhead light power, grounded in there also and was done.

When the sun visor is down it does cover it, which is what I wanted. I can also just slightly angle it at night so I can still see it but they can't behind me.

If you live in a heavy radar state you could run the stealth unit (I have one somewhere around here). Maryland runs mostly Lidar so the laser jammers are on my list next. The V1 is just more or less for moving radar which a lot of them run down here in the suburbs and rural areas.

I've been fighting my urge to start installing everything myself seeing all the stuff u guys doing but I spend most of my weekends at my gf house 50+ miles away from my place and it's tough to get anything done

I haven't gotten the other parts yet. I will go with the replica for the rear... not sure how ill mount it. Ill need to see it first. Not sure on the tips either.

As far as the g.f excuse... Its not valid. I have two dogs, married, a 7 month old... Building a house, trying to get my current house ready to be rented, torn ACL and meniscus and having surgery Friday. What were you saying about your g.f again? Oh, I even made a signature pic too.
