X5 Voice Activation

Hi, I am I missing something on my new X5 E70 , I have the proffesional Navigation with Bluetooth but the only commands that work on the voice activation is the telephone, I can not operate the navigation or radio, any help would be appreciated, Hank

The full voice control is an option. I was disappointed it didn't come with it as standard or as part of the media pack.
