2012 bmw x5 35i cooling fan issue

Hello. I have a 2012 bmw x5 35i that had a cooling issue this week.At first, had 2 hardcodes: 31E8 radiator fan activation line short to earth, and 31E9 activation line disconnection. the fan ended up being bad, replaced it, fixed the 31E8, but the 31E9 was still a hardcode. upon testing the connection at the radiator,key off, connector unplugged, pin #1(red) had battery voltage, pin #2 (Brown) has ground with 0.5 ohms, pin #3 (blk/green) has 4.5 volts. key on connector unplugged pin#3 drops to 2 volts. engine running/connector plugged in pin #1 and 3 hold battery voltage but have no change when attempting to test with a scanner. thinking either the short roasted the activation line wiring or the dme itself. does anyone have a pinout for the dme connectors or any tips from here? any help would be apreciated
