E70 Spacers

Have anyone installed spacers and bolt kit from ECS Tuning?

If so any feedback?

I haven't used ECS spacers, but I've used Macht Schnell spacers from EAS on my M3 and on my e70. The wheels I bought for my X5 had the 72 mm centerbore and the e70 has a 74mm centerbore, so I had to get 20mm spacer adapters and they work fine.

Looks better, in my opinion, as the wheels are pushed out 20mm so as not to have that tucked in look given the rear tires are smaller than stock.

I would think the ECS ones would be fine to use - I would not have any concerns about them.

Here's a pic with the 20mm spacers and bolts.

Thanks for the response, I am now thinking of getting 25mm.

I don't know if it will fit properly.

Just go measure the distance from tire to fender then, just make sure to buy the appropriate extended bolts.

In my pic, the wheels are 20X10" and the offset is 40mm. The tires are 275/40-20, which is stock size for the fronts, but the back was 315/35-20. The stock offsets are 40mm front and 27mm rear, so a 20mm spacer on the front pushes them out further than stock, but on the rear, not so much.

I just ordered 12.5mm fronts and 20mm rears for my stock 20" wheels, which came in a few days ago. I think style 214 (the ugly flowery ones). Was thinking about installing them today, but I doubt I have time, so next weekend.

bought H&R spacers with the extended bolt set from Turner Motor Sports. Talk to someone on the phone and they'll get you the right set.

I have 12mm front and 20mm rear spacers from ECS. They went on perfectly and have no vibrations to speak of.

I installed the spacers today, sorry for the dirty vehicle.

We had a little messy snow yesterday. I will take a full stance and better picts tomorrow.

This is the H&R 25mm I got from ECS Tuning. These are 20" (214 bmw Wheels)

Any updated pics when get have a moment I was thinking 15 front and 20mm in the rear. Maybe I will go 25mm. Have to raise the rears a little. It is a little too low.

A friend of mine added 20mm and it was still a little tucked.

Also the 20mm uses longer bolts that passes through the wheel and the spacers.

The 25mm comes with its own bolts that goes to the hub and the wheels bolts into that.

I will update pictures today or tomorrow.

Nachilus - thank you for the update. I was trying to keep my car stock and leave everything alone due to my mod bug for my other cars. Just had it lowered and it appears more tucked in with it lowered so I have to add spacers right?

I will get the 25mm then. Did you run any in the fronts? Thoughts on 15mm? or would 12mm work?

So you are running 20mm spacers all around? I was planning on getting these wheels for my summer wheels but I was hoping they would be a little more concave
