Hi,

It is a bit high but this is a show car with full warranty on it and the highest quality of enhancements. The car has been babied and always garaged.

I am flexible on the price, and would entertain parting it out as well. I will guarantee that you will not find a cleaner X5M out there. This one is quite special and has been in many magazines and sponsor websites as well.

Thank you for looking at the post. If you are interested please let me know or share the word

No worries man, I'm as transparent as they come. I can sell the car stock for $50k no problem. But I really don't want to part it out unless I absolutely have to. The $28k over doesn't take into account the BMW CPO and maintenance or any other warranties that are part of the car nor does it take into account the enhancements. I can definitely make that difference up in selling off the parts separately. But it's too much headache to do that lol.

The ADV-1's were a custom set which took me about 4 tries to get perfect. I just put brand new tires on them last week, and had them powdercoated for the show season this year. I am taking into account all of those costs as well. The wheels have no rash or imperfections, they are in perfect condition. Original set with tires and working through fitment issues cost me about $12k. Powder Coating this year and new tires was about $3k; making total value of the wheels $15k. I will also include the stock wheels which are also in perfect condition; also worth $3k with RFT tires and TPMS.

Again, I'm flexible on the price but to me my car is worth every penny. If someone doesn't want to pay that much, that's fine by me lol. I guess I'll just keep it.

I really don't want to part it out, but if I absolutely have to then I may decide to go that route. I know the car is priced high, but that's because I want to make sure folks who inquire about it are serious. I am very flexible on the terms of the sale; meaning that I will take off or part out the aftermarket items on the car.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I've been around this car since it was purchased by Phipsibear42 and can vouch for not only the car but for the owner as well. Whoever buys this car is getting an x5m that was well taken care of since it's inception. The truck has not seen rain/snow, dirt, smoking or pets to name a few. It's garaged so often that most times we forget he even has it!

Seeing the type of comments that were mentioned above my post, if the price is the only thing holding you back as an buyer, then feel free to give the seller a call and present him with a fair offer. I'm sure you guys can work something out that leaves both parties happy.

That's a strange way of rationalizing the price of a car ...

The fact that it is CPO'd also means that you are not the original owner of the car ... BIG ding ... multiple owners!

Any assumable warranties NEVER maintain the full original value of the purchase, but they could prevent greater depreciation.

At 62K mi, this car has 3 values (mind you: value is NOT the same as price):

1. Trade in (or Manheim value): mid 30's. See attached

2. Retail value: mid 40's

3. WT (Wishful Thinking) value: OP's price

Me too, I have access like the rest of them... And Thor.. Haha... That little pup

I can say this X5M is probably the best one out there as in condition... This man only drove as needed on nice days only and mostly to shows .. He has other car/truck for the bad weather days and driving on hwy fun days ..

If I was interested in a E70 model I would be all over this sh*t like white on rice ...

Still waiting on that winter BBQ man!!

Curious to know if the CPO still applies given all the mods.

I think we all should agree that it's quite impressive that the OP has never driven his X5M in the rain or snow, all 62K miles, living on the East Coast...
