2011 X5 bumpers on 2007 X5

Anyone here loves their 07 X5 but hate their cheap looking plastic bumpers??? I'm wondering if the 2011 bumpers will fit the 07 body??

not without cutting the fenders.. my sister just got an 09 and i noticed that almost half of the bumper is part for the fenders.
