Comfort Access Locks only not working

Just purchased a 2013 X5 50i that has the comfort access option. Start w/out key works, open hatch w/out key works but none of the doors. Won't lock or unlock. Key fob works fine to lock/unlock doors.

Where should I look?

You should search this sub-forum, many posts over the years describe the likely cause (faulty comfort access door handles) and how to repair.
