2011 40d - Upgrades advices

Next weeks I'm gonna get the aero kit and maybe new fenders.

Your x5 looks great! Extended fender flares will make it looks even better.

That's a good idea...but i'm afraid it will look bad when switching back to winter wheels

Assuming you will be running winter tires on smaller wheels, they will look terrible with or without fender flares. Now it looks like your wheels are too wide for you X5. Trust me, it will look a lot better.

Here is my dad's old 40d with the winter wheels on it. Actually, the fender flares help the mud, snow and other crap from being tossed up against your paint. So it actually protects it.

YOU ARE MY E70 IDOL! lol .... I think Sport with LCI Aero Kit is the best looking of the E70 besides the actual M vehicle. I have sparkling bronze and hope to have a similar setup to yours possibly with the new M Perf wheels from the 2014 X5 which were just made in 22" Reps.

Did you drop your x5? and what type of muffler tips are those, look like a nice alternative to doing the 50i tips.
