Bluetooth phone paired but not listed

I had 4 phones paired and they all vanished. Now my BMW thinks that I need to pair a phone before I can play audio through it. However the phone does connect and I can receive calls -- but again the list is empty.

If I try to pair it again it fails.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to factory delete all phones.

I would do a factory reset or hard power down on CIC module. I had the same issue with my old E60’s CIC I fixed it by simply disable the Bluetooth on the CIC, delete the BMW XXXXXX from my phone, re connect to it.

How do you do factory reset on CIC module? I assume by powering down you mean disconnecting the battery?
