Aftermarket high pressure fuel pump HPFP

Anyone make an aftermarket hpfp to support more power? Had one bank go down this week and if I have to replace it might as well look for something with a bit more volume

I just read something on the M5 boards about how allmotor_2000 is looking into an HPFP with more volume for being able to run straight E85.

Checking realoem, their pump looks the same but doesn't show as being a direct swap part numbers wise either. Heck, maybe even a stock S63Tu pump could be an upgrade for the S63.

Guessing I’ll end up with oem pump until something surfaces. This is for my 2011 X5M has a jb4 and BCM on it. Hoping this solves the problem with it feeling like it’s nosing over durning shift on map 3. Hell even on map 2 feels like it’s out of fuel. Running 91 100% doesn’t change anything. Thought it was trans but mechanic said the 335i does same when hpfp going out

I only run map 1 & 6, mines never seemed to like running an E30 mix...too many throttle closures which is what I'm guessing you're experiencing. What other mods do you have?

That’s it just those two. Tried paddle shifting it and did a little better but still nosed over sometimes

Just those two...being JB4 and BCM? I'm stage 2 tune, custom intake, NGK 2 step colder plugs gapped @ .22, catless downpipes, meth and catch can...I don't experience anything like that.

Either way it sounds like you need a flash...there's no way you're even close to maxing the HPFP with just a JB4 alone. I've run flash only and I can tell you you're missing out running stacked on this platform.

Aftermarket. Mine came from Halim at HCP but the man's buried in the F platforms so he's hard to reach over Facebook or Instagram. I haven't used their flash but I'd go with ESS next but really the choice is yours.

Map 6 @ 21psi (even without meth) will give you a great pucker factor!
