2012 xDrive35i Sport Activity question

Hello everyone,

I have had this car for a while (actually my wife has), but last week for the first time I had a flat tire. I looked for the spare tire or the Mobility Kit and found neither. I did look at the manual and it is very vague, as it talks about a spare but an asterisk at the end of the sentence, and no further clarification.
Does anyone with a car similar to mine know if it has either the spare or the kit?

Thanks in advance.

Option 300 - 'Space Saver Tire' was a $150 option. Strangely it's not that common.

I believe there are ways to purchase it aftermarket, but I've read about people having to put it together piece by piece.

I've seen already assembled kits from certain BMW parts vendors, it was around $350.

Shame the tire isn't mounted.

I've seen it also much more expensive in other places, if you search for e70 spare kit.
