2013 X5 35i price check ?
Hi All,
wifes is looking to get her first BMW-selling her RX330 ,we are looking at a used 2013 X5 35i premium with 22k miles on it-dealer(independent) has taken off the run flat and put on Michelin Latitudes. its White with black interior, has BMW warranty till 6 /17 ask is $35995 After reading here about the 5.0 we decided to stay way from them, I ran the VIN and shows no recall for airbag. Is there anything else we should be looking at on theses and how does the price sound ? thanks all out first dip in the BMW pool-I have a GX 470 and we have a MB CLK550 Cabriolet and so far been pretty happy repair wise with our cars. |

Thanks-there are not a lot of comps near me.
He says it has leather-not sure how to be sure,Nav (could care less about that) back up camera ,it has 19 " wheels and running boards. I see them with same miles at the BMW dealers for $38-41k.(both CPO and Not). Would we be better off looking for a newer one (15-16) ? They all, again in that miles, seem to be well over $40k. thanks found the link that shows options with VIN entry-says LEDER NEVADA/SCHWARZ (LUSW) for Upholstery entry level leather. Just do a quick search on cars.com, lots of 14 model years with 30 to 40k miles selling for low to mid 30's
Theirs lots of s-drives that are getting cheap, theirs fewer X-drives but their out their. I'd recommend looking outside your own neighborhood for the best deals. Can save you thousands. Bought a 135is in Miami, I'm from Chicago .... Drove it for almost 2 years and traded it in for the same price I bought it for. |

Thanks for the replies, I did buy it and will pick it up tomorrow.I do like the 14's but did not see any with leather (35xi premium) with low miles-wanted to stay under 20k and still have some warranty time left in that price range within 150 miles.
here is the last 7 0E10259 Has Nav,camera, running boards, soft close doors and 19 wheels-new non reft, tires (getting a slime kit and might grab a spare kit for under storage) |

Believe that car was bought by the independent dealer at Manheim auction in NJ for $30K. That's not a negative necessarily, but always raises the question with me why a BMW dealer wouldn't hang on to the car for resale, especially if it is a nice one, with low miles. Did you check it for collision damage, repaint (use paint meter) and original windshield (must have BMW logo, made by Saint Gobain)? These are 3 reasons why BMW dealers do not hang on to lease returns ...

He showed us the carfax-I can get it,it was clean, one owner and the old logo was from Jersey BMW dealer. He buys lots of MB, Audi and BMW's could well be Manheim-thanks.
I don't have a paint thickness but everything looked straight-drove down road perfect too, will check the windshield for logo. I did talk with a BMW dealer who had 13 with more miles about what they kept and what they let go to auction,he claim they let 70% go and only kept the best ones. Will check back with more info, thanks for the tips |
