Need help!

Have my 2011 X6m and when I give gas only on accelerating I get this weird whistle/whining noise. Does not do it at idle or even in park/neutral when I raise rpms only when I'm in drive and accelerating.

In first and second right? Like a supercharger? If you give it some stick its even louder.

I believe this is the oil pump, mine does it also.
