Good deal on bmw body kit?

Ok the dealership is wanting to charge me 3300$ for the performance body kit on the the X6. That includes installation and the two new park distance control sensory you need. Anyone have a clue if thats a good price? I know tischer bmw sells the kit for 2200$ for just the parts and unpainted and without the sensors.

$1k extra to just get them installed seems a bit too much.

1. Does this include painting?
2. how much alone are the 2 extra PDC cost?
3. Why would you need the 2 additional PDC's?

More info

That's what I thought. Labor seems very high. Pdc sensors are around 130$ a piece and you need 2 but it's a brand new car so labor should be pretty easy. The price includes paint and assembly. I was thinking 4-5 hundred for labor. But I'm not sure that's why I'm asking. This is the 4th car we have gotten from them in 3yrs and the second car in two wks. I told him to see what he can do on the kit price itself based on being such good customers. I know markup is around 40%. I just wanted to see what everyone thought was a fair price. 3300$ might be for all I know.

total = $3300 if parts cost $2200 then that means paint and install is $1100 .
Seems like a good price to me.

Its a decent price if you don't have a trust worthy shop to go to. But from what Jake said...4 cars in 3 years and another in 2 weeks? Damn, they should give you that kit for free for being a loyal customer.

I'm assuming you're dealing with the same salesman from your previous purchases? You should talk to him and perhaps barter with a new bmw sale for free labor. I hope it works out for ya!

I told my salesmen that he needs to work something out. I ordered the x6 3 wks ago and now they tell me about this update! So I mentioned that they owe me something. Well at least I know I'm not being ripped off with 3300$. I will let everyone know what they tell me. As for total cost of parts it's more like 2500$ when you include pdc sensors. I just know the mark up on parts is a lot.
