Wheel fitments E70 LCI to E71?

Anyone know if I can put a set of X5 E70 LCI wheels on the X6 without much bother? Presumably I would need to use spigot rings on one pair to compensate for the bore difference on the one axle, but what about wheelbolt lengths and arch/brake clearances?
Set I have in mind is type 223M wheel: http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/bmw...223m_wheel_442
TIA
