self leveling suspension/ 3rd row

I'm about to order a new 2012 sports x5 and can't decide if I should get the 3rd row seat. I know that the 3rd row comes with self-leveling suspension. 3rd row seat itself is not really important to me. It's all the small benefits that come along with the 3rd row pkg.

Does anybody know if the ride is smoother/softer with self leveling suspension than a car without self-leveling suspension?
Also is there more leg room in the 2nd row seat because it can slide back?
How much do the 2nd row seats recline?

The ride is the same and the 2nd row moves backwards & forwards to give more leg room for the 3rd row.
I have the 3rd row option and am very happy with it!
