Lowering it would definitely make it look meaner! I had the stock 21s first and you can see from my pics that it looked odd and the wheels and tires looked undersized for the bulk of the X6.

I lowered mine and put on 22s, its a night and day difference in the way it looks in my opinion.

Was it hard to swap the Xenon DS1 bulbs? How are the LUX compared to other no name brands? Just trying to see if the cost is justified.

switching the bulbs out was easy, just have to be careful not to touch anything while putting it in. I did the Lux because they were the brightest ones available by a long shot and the only option, not willing to spend 3 or 4 gran for the full led headlights right now and didn't care for the stock yellowish bulbs.

Were you able to swap out the DS1 bulb just from opening the lid covering the lights? It seems like the bulb is all the way in and hard to really get my hands in.

The LED angel eyes are easier to reach.

Yes I changed them by just opening the lids but definitely not easy at first.

Beautiful ride, and love the wheels. I just bought some Style 375s also. Need to make time and get them mounted.

Thanks and great decision on the 375s, the detail and finish on those wheels are just amazing. Also the best part is that we can run some quality tires with this size, I can't wait till my pzero's wear down a bit more and I can order the Michelin PSS!

I have the P Zeros now, and took delivery of a set of Michelin PSS tires two weeks ago. Just need to wait for the spare tire kit to come in, and I'll get them mounted after that. I assume you'll have to do the same...

Nice, nothin like a brand new set of tires. Haven't done a search yet but I wonder if the spare kit will clear the front calipers?

I installed this a while back but didn't post any pictures cause they are so common now but I added the heel plate to see how it would look with this interior. I was worried it would be too much but in person looks really good to me.

How are your P zeros holding up in the icy/snowy weather? Mine are horrible! I've been slipping and sliding all over the road, decided to park the beast.

Driving around on any flat surface was ok but as soon as there's a hill it's sliding everywhere. I did make one trip out to Whistler when the hwy was clear and it was fine but parked it for the winter now.
