TPMS extra set of sensors

Can I mount a second set of wheels and sensors to my 2011 X5 and make them work myself? I do I have to have a dealer code this?

Hoping I can just run the TPMS reset in iDrive.

As long as the sensors are compatible with your vehicle, you should be able to just reset it in iDrive
