You should be able to obtain that from the www.bmwusa.com website ?!?

BMW leasing in general was about $150 per $10k.

I think it is now up to $175 per $10k due to the financial crisis and overinflated residual values.

So for $50k, expect $175 per month times 5 or about $875 per month.

You will note that a more expensive X5 can be had for less because there is less demand.

So this is a good ballpark for you. The number will come down off $175 if the vehicle is in less demand.

Keep in mind the $175 per month is the total cost including any down payment, fees, etc. ammortized over the life of the 36 month lease.

Another good estimator is to take 60% of the purchase price and divide by 36.

There are deals out there on some models which can affect the monthly lease payment by $100-$300 per month. But not on X6's.

This is misleading. A particular BMW model can vary in MSRP depending on options.

The online estimators assume a bare bones model.

A nicely equipped X6 5.0 for $75k would lease for closer to $1200 per month or more.

I would assume that dmlgc most likely looked at the X6 NOT the X5 when he checked the leasing cost since this is the X6 board and you originally asked/referred to the X6 xDrive35i !

The X5 lease has incentives from BMW Financial. The X6 does not have any incentives yet. I was quoted $1,070 for 36 month / 15K miles, Zero down on my 3.5i with a MSRP of approx $62,000. I decided to purchase the car after hearing that rate.

This calculation does not even come close with the X6 because they kill you with the residual values on the X6 which is why I paid cash. My X6 50i came out to $1850/month with $0 down and my client advisor told me that one of the X6 35i models he sold to another person came out to over $1200/month.

My MSRP was $79k

Let's see and your original question was
" i would like to know how much would be for the x6 35i the basic starting at 52500$. The leasing would be 36 months and 12000 miles per year.i just want to know an stimate price to see what is more convenient for me."

so I guess the above quote means you're looking to lease an X5 not an X6?

Either way, financing sounds like a better deal than leasing these days.

the X6 lease rate is horrible now just like any new BMW out there. that's why made me to lease another M5 then wait for the M version of the X6. for about the same monthly payment or even lower i got a msrp 99k M5 instead rather then 70k M3 or a 80k X6. i'll jump into the X when there's much better rate available later.

depends how u look at it. i like BMW's short term lease because at least in CA the 8.25% sales tax is automatically rolled into the deal if u buy or finance. i like the keep that 8.25% in my pocket to have more options when i decide to move on. that amount is handy when u're looking for someone to take over the lease.

You may not have another chance.

Leasing is going away as are the X6's. Most if not all will go overseas next year where they are more profitable.

If you wait, you can pretty much guarantee the car will cost $10k more. It has already gone up $3k.

Once the 08's clear out, expect interest rates to go up, car production to go down, and leases to go by by.

+1 BMW has pretty much stated this. Leasing for all auto manufacturers is on it's way out, many US manufacturers (Chrysler, GM) have already left the leasing business or announced plans to do.
So if your strategy in the past included leasing you might want to start planning for a different approach. If BMW continues to offer leasing I think you can expect to get less than favorable terms, the credit market will never go back to what it's been for the 6-7 years.

+1

This leasing business, allowed people to buy (or drive) what they couldn't 'really' afford and hence the crisis that the US economy is in now!

Yes. Take note on what types of cars will now be driven in different neighborhoods across the country.

People can now drive what they can actually afford. Being truthful to yourself, has to start somewhere.

Sounds like a good deal. I want to see if BMW really will not have any year end deals, or if they decide to bring it back onto the table, for a last hurrah.
