Engine Limp Mode - P2138?

My X5M went into limp mode and threw a P2138 DTC.

2138 is Throttle/Pedal position voltage correlation issue

Anyone experience this before and root caused it?

1) Throttle position sensor (TPS)
2) Gas pedal (I assume TPS is also in here?)
3) Throttle body
4) Other?

Any help would be appreciated so I don't have to bring it to the dealership.

Thanks!
