X5 4.8l 35 faults detected, Cel and hesitation

2nd opinion needed from this forum..

Below is the detailed fault report for my 07 x5 4.8l. Been having a problem where the cel comes on and then car hesitates on acceleration. When I reset the ecu the car drives fine but for a little while and then cel comes back again. What is the problem?

You might want to recharge your battery fully and check the spec on your alternator. My car have tons of faulty code after I keep driving my car while my battery is constantly at a very low level of charge.

Someone else recommended the same solution. I did replace the battery a week ago and looks as though the ecu is still registered under old data.
