Nice! +1 but it would be nice if you had one for X6 50i...

car looks great, altho I do believe that a ram air intake scoop doesn't do anything on a turbo car, the intake is always going to be negative pressure anyways when the car is on boost

Nice! Notice a difference with them sound or otherwise? Are they going make them in something besides cf so the price would not be so $$$ for scoops? I have no problem wasting $ on mods like this just to see, but to charge $$$ for scoops is rather crazy imo.

Not sound wise but they are very high quality vs the rpi scoops on my m5. They have the half scoops for $350 you have to look at it as a quality piece thats hand crafted and its truly worth it. people spend $1500 on red bottom sneakers because they are quality these are quality and i enjoy them! |

I just feel it helps up top they should of been there from the factory. i can do $520 shipped. they are not glued together and you can get scoop only for $325 shipped these are made in america and are super quality the tubes are pricey because they are one piece tubes that are infused and not glued |

Are the Shift and , . buttons missing from your keyboard? $520 is still too much for feels, I work on the 787 program and I've taken classes to lay my own carbon fiber, and if you're going to brag about being Made in America; it's America, not america. I've yet to even see a clear picture of the differences between the two options you sell and I just mentioned to Affluence that dyno proven results would help. At your price point, RPi has dyno proven results with their scoops for half the price (yes, I realize it's different materials and they don't produce them for the X5M/X6M), so maybe one weekend you and Affluence can do that.

For him to make anywhere from $350-$550 while saying it makes your car faster with no real proof. I see why the V-shape is there as it sits over the radiator, but going from large opening to tight transition back to large opening can't help airflow at all.

Seems like it's potentially scooping things you would rather keep out of your intake (debris, liquids), not to mention adding obstructions for free air flow through radiator/condenser into your engine bay.
They'll do absolutely nothing for a forced-induction engine, but could be the ticket for someone who's run out of aftermarket add-ons. |

side by side comparison of what the actual item? it doesn't effect the performance weather you order the tube or the scoop. Ive owned a vast amount of turbo cars and every single one of them had scoops and shrouds to help air get into certain areas its simple. More air into the airbox from the deflection of the air into the opening rather than the turbo just sucking air into the airbox..
