22'' Rims Newbie Question Help

Need your guys' help!
Have no idea in this.
Just want to make sure, cause I'm helping a good friend of mine who lives in a different country.

He is planning to buy a set of rims
His car is a 2010 BMW X6 35i

He said:
Front wheel size is

22x9.5
5x120
et/offset +25

Rear wheel size is

22x 10.5
5x120
et/offset +25

Those are the only sizes available for the design that he likes since there are only a few choices in his area.

He already bought the tires for it:
Front: 265/40/22
Rear: 305/35/22

Questions:

1.What is the CENTER BORE? and how important is it, what if its not exactly the same?

2. What size of H&R wheel spacers are needed for the rear wheels to be flush with the fender? Are H&R wheel spacers safe at high speeds (~140mph)?

3. Are there any other things he needs to know before purchasing the rims?

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP. THANKS!
