Need help installing my OEM LCI aero kit front lip

Hey everyone, it's my first post here and I'm really glad to finally be a part of this group; I've had my X5 since late September of last year. Anyway, I ordered a rep of the OEM LCI Aero Kit front lip off of eBay, and it didn't come with the PCD harness/holder/mounting bracket I've seen the genuine come with (Picture attached of this).

Is it possible to install it without this piece, IE drill and mount it directly into the bumper and have it still fit properly? Everything is being done at a professional body shop and the lip is already prepped, vinyl wrapped, and ready to be installed.

Another post on here in the past led me to believe this is possible. If it's not and I'm setting myself up for unusable holes in my car and a lip that won't go on, just let me know and please provide a link to where I can buy the bracket!
