FS: 2012 X5 35i - Silver, Black int - CPO

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 38,400.00

✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
2012 BMW X5 xDrive 35i Sport Activity (SAV)

Comes with remaining full factory warranty through BMW until it hits 50,000 miles (it has roughly 47,500 currently), PLUS it has a CPO warranty through BMW that goes until 100,000 miles. It was CPO'd in November of 2014. Here's a link to the Carfax for it: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...57CL752500.pdf
I also have all of the service history for the vehicle as well from when it rolled off the lot, though I am not the first owner.

Full Factory Warranty until 50,000 miles
CPO warranty until 100,000 miles
Titanium Silver Metallic exterior
Black Nevada Leather Interior, heated front and rear seats
Heated steering wheel
Dark burl walnut wood trim
Panoramic full-view power moonroof
Rear camera with factory navigation system, bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio
Brand New Bridgestone's on 18" factory wheels
Front, rear and tailgate WeatherTech floor mats, plus the original BMW mats (brand new)
It's only had about 1,000 miles on it since purchasing it as a CPO
New MN tabs valid until Oct 2015
Convenience Package
Cold weather package
Keyless Entry
Rear Manual Shades
Voice Command

Finding that I don't drive it that much and it's tough to fit in the garage. Open to possible partial trades too for a 335i or maybe an M3.

A lot of money for an X5 that many on the forum would see as a "low option" example.

Agree. Also, those are 18" wheels.

Sorry for the comments on your listing, OP. Just stating opinion that may help you sell.

Nope, thanks guys. I edited the post. I hadn't even bothered to look at the wheels themselves (it's my wife's vehicle), and was just going by the stated packages in the Davis report I grabbed from the dealer on the car. It's probably not quite an appropriate vehicle for the forum, considering the level of cars that folks are used to here.

did you look up any comps? Not going to take the wind out of your sails publicly and post a # but you are waaaaaaay off amigo. Can pretty much get a 5.0 with better options and lower miles for that.

Yep, dealer listings are around 42-43k for a cpo with this mileage for their 2012's. Edmunds list it at 39k for private party value, KBB is 37500. I was quoted a trade in value of 34500 from my local bmw dealer last week, so just looking to see if there's a market for higher from the private side. Apparently not though on bimmerpost

That trade value sounds more like a reasonable private price. I'd take it!
