How do you take off the glovebox wood trim?

I am getting all my trims hydrodipped and having a nightmare to find out how the glovebox wood trim comes off.

It looks like its plastic welded or maybe im doing something wrong?

Can anyone confirm how to take the glovebox trim off?

Thanks

I try taking them off too and I didn't find the way to do it so I just left it alone and cover them with CF 3M vinyl wrap.
Looks awesome
