20" Y Spoke 07-10 Wheels vs. stock X5 Wheels

Looking at buying an 07-10 X5 this weekend. If I go ahead with the purchase, one of the first and only mods (besides 3M) I want to do is the 20" Y spoke wheels as pictured:



Has anyone upgraded their wheels from stock to the 20" Y Spokes? If so, has drivability and ride been affected?

Mine was ordered with them under the sport pack and im pretty sure the fenders are rolled and there is an inch or two extra width in out bumper. Not sure how it with work on yours.

I drove one today with 20" wheels- it drives very nicely- I heard some say it was a rougher ride- but I didn't notice that- and with the 20" factory option- it looked like there are added plastic fender flares-

I had the 2008 X5 w/ the 20's in that photo, and now have the 2011 X5 w/ the new 20's and both drive great. The suspension in the 2011 is definitely different though. Odd thing is that I had test drove another 2011 w/ sport and 20's and the suspension seemed softer than the one I ordered and now own.
