2013 X6M hood or Hybrid hood

Hey guys,

Does anyone know where i can find a replica hood of the LCI X6M hood or the Active Hybrid hood.
I ask replica because my 11' is going to be a lease and i'm not looking to dump 2000$ plus paint...
So doesn't have to be aluminum.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Are you saying you will, as in future tense, lease a 2011 X6? Might as well lease a new one, no?

Anyway no idea on a replica but I imagine you might find a totaled rear ended ActiveHybrid X6 or X6M at a junk yard and buy the hood off of it.

Or buy new and then sell it when your lease is up, which should recoup some of the money. It's a popular / in demand item.

I meant i just leased a 2011.
A new one would be over 1000$ more a month on a lease..
I'm surprised there isn't any aftermarket ones..

I suggest buy used hood then sell it when lease is up, have you checked eBay?

I would definitely do that but I haven't been able to find one.
And there's currently nothing on eBay either.

I got a hybrid hood for my 2012 X6M for about $1500 or less (parts, paint, installation) through my dealer. Shop around some more. I would not get a replica hood. If the fit, quality, etc. are off, you will regret not going OEM.

I agree, I don't want the quality to be off.
I am adamantly looking... I will call a few dealers in the us and see if there's something...

There are plenty of other options, but they don't look so good as the OEM hood. Find it off a totaled car.
