New Grill (6 Series type) Yay or Nay?

Pick up a set of these new grills and I'm kinda on the fence about them. What do you guys think? Keep it or go back to the first set?

NAY. the eyelids and diffusers attract the eye. This makes it too busy looking and they eyes go all over the place.

My 2 cents worth

If you painted the eyelids and diffuser body color then it would be a different story simce you would then have hood contrast with the black trim.

I guess the jury is set. Probably leave it on for a little while since I'm too lazy to change them at the moment (even though it took me a whole 3 minutes to swap them). I will definitely be changing them out before the European Car Magazine shoot.

Keep the original one - LOOKS great, would look too busy with the eyebrows on the lights. Your car looks good, then again, you know that
